I had a great experience at Lucas! First, they’re very knowledgeable and friendly. Denise took excellent care of me and took the time to hear and effectively diagnose my car issues. I’ve been taking my vehicle to a car dealer for years and just realized how their pricing is inflated and their attention to detail is subpar. I’ve been going to this shop for over 15 years. The mechanics know their stuff. The upgrade of the place is top tier and the service was great. They tell the the true problems with your vehicle and recommend the truth on what needs to be fix first if it’s more than one issue. Last thing is your car will be done in great timing. 5 stars all the way!!!! I am very happy and pleased with the service at Lucas Tires on Western Ave. I called with a tire pressure of 12. Apparently a threaded screw punctured my right rear tire. In under 30 minutes, from the time of my phone call, to their tech removing the screw and patching my tire, for $50.99 total. They are honest, hardworking, respectful, and professional. Great job!!!

I went to Lucas to have tires checked before a road trip and they found 2 screws and took care of the repair quickly. They noticed my tire sensors for pressure were not working and said they could repair them. I have a Mercedes and decided against it at the dealer due to cost. This is a great place for more than just tires! They fit me in for a last minute oil change at the end of a cold day when I’m sure everyone would rather have gone home. They even put air in my tires without me asking! Side note, there’s lots of other stuff in the neighborhood so it’s easy to drop your car off for service and go run an errand or two or grab lunch while you wait for it.

Rich was excellent help and stayed to make sure I was taken care of even though it was Christmas Eve. He made recommendations for tire replacements and quickly completed the work. I took my car to Lucas yesterday near closing time. There was a screw that punctured one of my tires, causing a very slow leak. I asked that they repair it.
